Getting Started: Create a Trip Page in Bookings Mode

It's easy to create a Trip Page which will accept bookings & get you paid! Follow this checklist to learn how to set up a Trip Page in Bookings Mode

When to use Bookings Mode?

Use Bookings Mode when you are ready to start accepting payments. You should set your trip to Bookings Mode when you have set prices and departure dates.

NOTE: If you plan to accept credit card payments, make sure you connect to Stripe.

How to create a trip in Bookings Mode

Step 1: Create a trip

From your dashboard, select CREATE TRIP or open an existing trip you wish to switch to Brochure Mode

Step 2: Enable Bookings Mode

Click to UPDATE TRIP > PRICING
Choose USE BOOKINGS MODE

Step 3: Choose your currency

This should be the currency you want to get paid in. Make sure this is correct before taking payments

Click the TRIP CURRENCY drop down and select the currency you will be taking payments in

Set currency

Step 4: Set up a Pricing Package

Pricing packages allow you to designate a different price based on room type, experiences, group size, etc.

Click ADD PRICING PACKAGE
