How-to: Change Main Contact on a Trip

Read on to learn how to change the Main Contact on a Trip. This is a simple process and should only take a few minutes!

Changing the Main Contact


NOTE: The Trip Owner is the Main Contact on a TRIP by default. Only the Trip Owner can change the Main Contact.

 

1. To change the Main Contact on an active TRIP, first click into MANAGE TRIP PLANNERS

 

2. You will see a star next to the Main Contact. Click the star to change the Main Contact to a different Team Member

3. Choose the Main Contact from the drop-down and select SAVE

NOTE: Only Team Members can be the Main Contact. There can only be one Main Contact per trip.
